Louisiana’s new accountability system focuses on three things every student deserves:
Achieve – Students perform on grade level in every subject, every year.
Grow – Students make measurable progress each year toward or beyond grade level.
Thrive – Students graduate in four years and are ready for college, career, or military service.
Sabine Parish Schools is committed to ensuring every student has a clear path to success.

What do we want every Sabine Parish graduate to know, be able to do, and become by the time they earn their diploma? That question led us to develop our Portrait of a Sabine Graduate.
This portrait was created with input from stakeholders across Sabine Parish, including teachers, administrators, students, parents, community members, business and industry leaders, and the School Board. Together, they identified the skills and qualities our students need to be successful not only in college and careers, but throughout life.
