MJHS 6th grade teachers and students would like to shout out a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Dean and Debbie Crittenden for visiting the school this week with their antique cars. Mr. Crittenden set the mood for students to be ready to begin their new novel unit on Out of the Dust by quoting some of the text from The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck, another novel set during the severe drought between 1930 and 1940 known as the Dust Bowl.
