DARE GRADUATION - DECEMBER 15, 2022
MJHS 5th grade students really shined today at Dare Graduation! They learned so much from our Dare officer, Steven Myers. Thank you, Officer Myers!
Students wrote and performed skits about how to respond in realistic situations they may face when tempted to be a bully or to use drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and more. Four students received awards for their excellent work on their Dare workbooks. Four more students were selected to receive an award for the best essay. The essay winners bravely read their essays aloud for classmates and visitors. To end the program, all students participated in reciting the Dare pledge.
Students, we encourage you to stay strong and committed to “RESIST DRUGS AND VIOLENCE!”
